Riverside Roma ASD, its collaborators and/or employees shall not be liable for any personal injury, death and/or any personal damage (also caused by third parties), during, and due to, the ongoing rafting activities. I declare and certify to

  1. Be in psychophysical conditions suitable for rafting activities.
  2. Not have taken and not taking drugs and/or psychotropic drugs in the previous 48 hours, not consuming excessive alcohol and food.
  3. Be aware of the predictable and unpredictable risks involved in rafting even though it cannot be considered a potentially dangerous activity.
  4. Take on each and any responsibility for my own and for any damage caused to myself or caused to others (and/or things) due to my non- compliant behavior.
  5. Return the provided material functioning and without missing parts.
  6. Have carefully read and assessed the content of this document, and having clearly understood the meaning of each point before signing it.
  7. Understand and fully agree with the purpose of these rules established for my safety and that non-compliance may lead to dangerous situations. For the purposes of Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code, I specifically approve points 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 of this document.

CONSENT – I declare to have been acknowledged about Decree Law n. 196/2003 (Privacy Code)I declare to have been acknowledged about art. 13 of the Privacy Code and to have taken note of my rights pursuant to art. 7 and following. I hereby express – as far as possible and for the purposes envisaged by the law – my consent to process my personal data for institutional, connected or instrumental purposes, and I authorize to disclose to third parties belonging to the listed categories, and to its dissemination within the established limits.

Signature for the provision of consent pursuant to the Privacy Code, and for consent personal data processing as per Decree Law 196/2003, and for consent to the use of pictures, on the website or on the brochure.

Cancellation
The 5.00 € membership fee is not refundable and is valid for 365 days.
Customers will be fully refunded or will be given a credit in case of activity cancellation with at least 24 hours notice.
Customers will be fully refunded or will be given a credit in case of activity cancellation by the Operator due to weather conditions or other unexpected circumstances.
Customers may contact us by phone to cancel the activity or for any further detail about the cancellation policy. No-shows will be charged at full price.

IMPORTANT
The price of the product includes the Riverside Roma a.s.d. membership (€ 5.00).
The card is active as the Adult Membership Form and/or Child Membership Form is/are properly filled and delivered
The membership card is valid for 365 days from the activation day, and can be deducted from the cost of the activity by entering the card number as the Promotional Code during the purchase process.
